I grew up in Seoul, South Korea until I was eleven years old when our family immigrated to Los Angeles.
Three days before Christmas, 2014, I moved to Portland, Oregon looking for new inspiration. I needed one badly.
I have an appetite for the epic and have done some foolish things such as summiting Mt Whitney and running a bunch of marathons. Once, I got a high altitude sickness on White Mountain, California and thought I died and went to heaven when I saw a herd of bighorn sheep congregate around me with deep concerns in their eyes.
Having learned my limits, I now stick to doable feats, but I still want to get better at snowboarding and hike the Inca Trail one day.
I do design and art.
